Since 2004, our IHG Skills Academy has been helping young people around the world gain valuable employment and life skills through work experience, internships and apprenticeships alongside some of the world’s best hoteliers. In the past eight years alone, partnering with local education providers and community organisations, more than 80,000 people have been trained and mentored through the IHG Academy.

In addition, we have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offering reliable self-help resources to tackle life's tough challenges - both in and out of work. Available 24/7 online, over the phone or face to face.
