From day one, our online portal (currently available in selected markets) will guide you through your first 30 days. It is designed to support you with your first day, provide you helpful insights on how to use our growth behaviours for maximum impact, as well as all you need to know about IHG and our culture.
For colleagues outside of UK, US, Germany, India and Philippines, worry not! Your line manager will provide you with a tailored onboarding plan suitable for your role and location. From 2025, we expect for the online portal to be available to all colleagues globally.

We have four main corporate offices around the world. Our global headquarters is based in Windsor, United Kingdom with the other offices in Atlanta, Singapore and Shanghai. Depending on corporate office, facilities include fitness centre, restaurant and shuttle bus service.
