1、正确做好客衣的接收，对衣物进行认真分类和标记。
2. 熟知各类材质衣物的洗涤及护理注意事项，如有不清楚，应及时需主管确认。
2、仔细检查每件衣物是否有破损、掉扣、掉色、拉链问题，若有问题，应及时跟客人确认，再送至客房。
