岗位职责：
实习岗位包括：各部门文员，餐厅接待，客房服务员，前台接待，行李员等。
通过酒店核心运营岗位的实习、酒店系列课程专项培训、重大活动接待等，在工作中转型成为合格酒店人，最终成为独挡一面的一专多能的高素质复合型高端酒店人才。
任职资格：
男女不限，形象气质好，注重礼节礼貌，有宾客服务意识和吃苦耐劳精神，旅游管理类专业优先（厨房需要烹饪专业），性格开朗、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识和责任感。
