Spa & Gym Receptionist/Supervisor水疗及健身中心接待/主管

1. Advise and explain to guests and members the proper way to utilize gym equipment and pool facility。
向客人介绍设备和健身器材的正确方法。
2. Introduce and advise the suitable Spa treatment according to guest’s preference.
依照水疗客人的喜好与选择，为其介绍并推荐适合的理疗项目。
3. Perform reception tasks: register all users, handle bill and payment, answer calls etc. to ensure efficient operation is carry out.
负责接待和登记购买工作，处理账单和付款，接听电话等事宜。确保营运有效开展。
4. Initiate to offer courteous and professional service and handle guests request and inquiries at all times to maintain the high standard of service. Complete other duties as assigned.
提供礼貌专业的服务，处理客人的要求和需求，保持高标准的服务。完成其它指定任务。

1.3-5年相关领域（水疗、健身或康体）工作经验，2年以上主管经验
2.有国际联号酒店或高端水疗品牌工作经历
3.良好的英语沟通能力
4.有团队领导力、服务意识、沟通协调和抗压能
