私たちは、常にレベルを上げるための新しい方法を探しています。そのため、客室を満室にし、飲食収入を増やすために、売上を伸ばし、目標を達成した実績のあるセールスマネージャーを探しています。


役割と責任
ホテルの売上目標を達成するための日々の営業活動
個人の売上目標を達成し、収益性を最大化する
稼働率の増加、平均レートの上昇、ボリュームの増加、イベントの売上増を実現する販売計画の実施をサポートする
月次報告書をレビューし、自身の業績を監視する
主要顧客および社外関係者との関係構築と維持

 
応募資格
マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号/高等教育資格/同等の学位がある方が望ましい
ホテル業界での営業経験が5年程度以上ある方
地元企業やビジネストレンドに関する豊富な知識をお持ちの方
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力

Bringing the Hotel Indigo brand to the iconic location of Shibuya is exactly what our curious well-travelled explorers have been waiting for. Right around the corner from the famous Shibuya crossing and nestled deep in the heart of the major fashion, retail and nightlife of Tokyo we look forward to connecting our guests with our deep, rich neighbourhood story.  

 We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, and drive food and beverage revenue.


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Executing daily sales activities to meet hotel revenue targets
● Hitting all personal sales goals to help us maximise profitability
● Support implementation of sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales   
● Reviewing monthly reports to monitor own performance 
● Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts

 
What We need from you:
● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field  
● Five or more years of experience in hotel sales.
● Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required  
● Must speak Japanese and English at business level
