About the role

As a Restaurant and Bar Team Leader, you will support the smooth conduct and customer focused delivery of food and beverages throughout one of the hotels 5 distinct venues on the island. This varied role will utilize your expertise and knowledge to work with the team on shift to deliver exceptional service, creating rich and personal experiences to our valued guests.

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide a high-level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort’s valued guests.
