Your Day to Day

Join our team as a Reservations Agent, where you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations efficiently, tailoring recommendations to guest needs, and negotiating rates when needed. With a focus on exceeding targets, you’ll use your sales skills and professionalism to manage inquiries, resolve challenges calmly, and collaborate with team on any issues. What We Need From You

As the first lifestyle branded hotel of IHG in the Middle East, this exciting chance really is something to be part of. This is a great opportunity for talented hospitality professionals to step up in their career and experience a new challenge in a trendy lifestyle brand. 

You'll report to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. 

Ideally, you should have at least one-year relevant experience in a similar role in hotels/ hospitality industry. You must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English. You will need to be flexible with working hours and have knowledge of OPERA. Additionally, knowledge of IHG’s Concerto system is preferred.
