Explore your journey ahead

  • Assist in managing financial transactions and purchasing duties for our esteemed hotel
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide procurement support accordingly
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize purchasing processes to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts 

What we need from you

  • Valid New Zealand working rights is a must 
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software is beneficial 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
