People & Culture Lead – Kimpton BEM Budapest

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Develop and implement programs to create a positive work environment for all employees.

• Administer the annual team member satisfaction survey and analyze the results for continuous improvement.

• Welcome and orient new team members, ensuring they have a seamless start.

• Collaborate with department managers to inspire and motivate the team, helping them provide exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage employee records and ensure full compliance with Hungarian employment laws, policies, and procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HR-related certifications or courses are a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within hospitality or luxury brands.

• Knowledge of Hungarian Employment Law is essential.

• Fluency in Hungarian is required; additional languages, including English, are a bonus.
