1、在前厅部各部门，如前台、宾客关系、行政酒廊等分部门进行轮岗学习；在餐饮部各部门，如中餐厅、西餐厅、大堂吧等分部门进行轮岗学习；
Rotate learning in various departments of the front office, such as front desk, guest relations, executive lounge and other sub-departments; Rotational learning in various departments of the catering department, such as Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, lobby bar and other sub-departments;
2、协助所在部门完成工作任务，学习与严格执行每个部门的工作标准及流程；
 Assist the department to complete the work task, learn and strictly implement the work standards and procedures of each department;
3、努力提高服务质量，保障优质客户体验。
