  • 处理客人投诉,在必要时为客人提供咨询,跟踪错误行为。
  • 定期计划并参加优悦会及重要客人鸡尾酒会和必要社交活动,进一步提高服务。
  • 定期组织有关优悦俱乐部活动的会议,以便更好的交流,及确保工作正常运作。
  • 更新优悦会奖励培训计划,确保员工的执行符合要求。
  • 维护回头客档案系统。
  • 促进酒店内房间及设施的销售。
  • 完成管理层安排的任务。
  • 展示积级和热情的态度来完成部门的目标。
  • 用自己的方式使宾客打到满意,在客人离开时,为客人留下良好的酒店印象。
  • 遇见并满足客人需求,带领团队以自己的方式创造惊喜故事。
  • 根据运作需要总是愿意主动提供协助。
  • 一专多能,通过培训和学习在其它岗位上同样发挥自己的特长。
  • 必须有义务学习除本专业以外的其他专业领域知识与技能。
