•To keep everywhere around pool clean and in good working order.

•To be care of Fitness Centre rules and regulations, especially on safety & security standards.

•Responsible to protect the guest’ safety.

•To familiar with the knowledge and skill of life Saving.

•To be fully aware of the quality/temperature of the water, make record in time.
充分了解水质、温度，并及时记录
•To change the water of disinfectant pond timely and record on the log book correctly everyday
每天记录并更换消毒池的水
•To ensure all the swimmer are wear swimming cap
确保所有泳者都佩戴泳帽
•To follow the service standard regarding swimming pool.
遵守服务标准
•To replenish amenities in sauna area.
保证桑拿区域设施良好
•To check the rescue equipment and facility well maintenance.
检查救生设备和设施良好并维护
•Make good hand over between two shifts.
做好两班之间的交接工作
•Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel initiated trainings scheduled.
定期参加全体员工会议，部门培训和酒店培训。
•Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

•Good Interpersonal Skills

•CPR / First Aid/Life-saving certification required

•Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Physical Education or equivalent
体育教育或相关专业的大专学历或专业证书
•2 year experience as fitness trainer or instructor or lifeguard, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2年健身教练或指导或救生员的工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
