The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment

• Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators

• Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen

• Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing

• Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes

What We need from you:

• Passion for delivering great service

•  Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward

• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines

• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team

• Motivated and a great team player- Your positive attitude will impact our team and guests 

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

• Legal rights to work in Australia without restrictions
