协助电脑部经理制定饭店电脑管理系统的计划领导权力；
协助电脑部经理考核电脑运营员和各部门的电脑操作；
协助电脑部经理对造成设备事故的责任者提出相应的处理意见；
参加电脑机房值班，定时巡视机房内外设备运转情况，及时处理机房内外设备所发生的各种故障管理范围；
酒店网络系统的基本维护；
各部门电脑系统及外设的软硬件维护和保养；
酒店管理系统PROTEL，餐厅收款系统EVS，电话计费管理系统，财务系统用友的日常维护。
精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识。
有一定的英语阅读能力。
能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题。
能进行设备的日常维护。对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行。
具有一定的组织管理协调能力。
