1. 负责健身中心日常运营管理，包括会员服务、场地调度、器械维护及安全巡检，保障运营有序、安全、高效；协调康乐设施和设备的所有保养工作。
2. 协调所有对客康乐服务；负责所有对客服务的安全；向客人提供高品质的服务。
3. 管理酒店的遗失财物。
4. 协助新产品和服务的开发工作；协助对销售和市场活动的评估。
1. 酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关专业的大专学历或专业证书；2年相关工作经历，包括1年泳池运营管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2. 熟悉健身中心运营全流程，持有国家认可的健身教练职业资格证书，救生员证书。
3. 具有良好写作技能；熟练使用微软办公软件；客户服务技巧和解决问题的能力。
