岗位职责：
1、管理前台的各项工作，督导员工的对客服务质量及操作，检查每一个班次的工作完成情况，发现并上报工作中出现的问题；
2、掌握当天到店及离店的重要宾客，回头宾客，在客人到达之前，做好一切必要的准备工作；编排每日贵宾接待的细节，为宾客送行；
3、征求宾客意见，沟通酒店与宾客间的情感，协助宾客解决疑难事宜，维护酒店的声誉；
4、为客人提供信息服务，处理客人的特别需求；
5、协助前厅部员工处理好日常接待中的各种问题；
工作要求：
1、具有良好的服务意识，团队合作精神以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力；
2、注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。
