岗位职责：
1.全面掌握服务中心操作系统的专业知识 ,如电话系统交换机/呼叫中心系统/计费系统等软件。全面掌握酒店服务中心标准操作政策和程序方面的知识。全面掌握洲际会员活动知识。
2.监督服务中心操作和工作流程，最大限度满足客人需求。
3.了解员工的培训需求和服务中需要提高的区域。
4.完全熟悉电话设备在故障情况下的备份程序，熟练掌握紧急事件处理程序。
5.专业性的处理与客人的关系，并且符合酒店的政策和程序，确保所有客人的需求得到快速而有效的处理。
6.其他。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，2年及以上国际联号酒店相关工作经验。
2.流利的英语口语及书写能力。
3.良好的人际关系处理与沟通能力。
