We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

  • Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests are met.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
  • Assist with guest check-out and billing process.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to address any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area for guests.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
