Your day to day
Waiters in La Rive Seaside Restaurant consistently uphold IHG’s high standards by delivering exceptional food and beverage service that ensures a memorable dining experience. By maintaining attention to detail, providing superior service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, they enhance the restaurant’s unique seaside charm. This role reflects the luxury and personalized service synonymous with IHG, contributing to the brand’s reputation for hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
What we need from you
- Has relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality, preferably in a seaside or outdoor dining setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, and wine pairing.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment, with attention to guest comfort in a seaside setting.
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems and billing procedures.
