We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at our resort property. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's financial activities, including but not limited to budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Assist with audits and tax preparation.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.

What do we need from you? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not essential.
  • 5 + years of experience in financial accounting as a Senior Accountant or FA with leading international hotel chains.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sun accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
