DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
FINANCIAL RETURNS 财务回报:
- Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on increasing productivity.
参与编制部门年度经营预算和财务计划,监控预算和控制费用,以提高生产效率为重点。 - Maintain proper inventory levels, managing cost per room for supplies and labour (example: bed & bath linen reuse and laundry operation)

PEOPLE 员工团队:
- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for employees. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
处理员工日常事务,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈。协助解决各种员工矛盾,提高团队成员的绩效。 - Educate and train all employees in compliance with governmental and safety regulations. Ensure staffs are properly trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
教育和培训员工遵守国家、各省市与地方的法律和安全法规。确保员工经过适当的培训,保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。 - Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads.

GUEST EXPERIENCE 宾客体验:
- Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.
安排所有客房和公共区域的常规检查,确保家具、客房、设备、床上用品,公共区域的整洁并得到及时的养护,确保宾客的满意。 - Routinely perform all housekeeping duties necessary including making beds, and vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction.
定期执行所有必要的客房管理工作,包括整理床铺、吸尘和清洁客房,以确保客人满意。 - Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
对宾客的投诉和特殊要求予与回应,确保采取相应的行动予与解决和改正,达到宾客满意度。 - Carry out special needs and requests of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors.
满足客人、贵宾和回头客的特殊需求和要求。
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS 企业责任:
- Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining ‘green’ initiatives (example: container recycling and cleaning agents).
及时、高效订购各种所需物资和设备,降低浪费,促进“绿色”环保(如循环使用容器,节约清洁剂等)。 - May maintain procedures for security of lost and found items.
可能需要负责管理整个酒店内的失物招领事宜。 - Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
High School Diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus 7 year housekeeping / laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisoryexperience. Some college preferred. Must speak fluent local language(s). Other languages preferred.
高中、中等教育或同等学历,7年客房部或洗衣房工作经验,有同等规模酒店工作经验及管理岗位管理经验者优先。具大专教育学历者优先。英语表达必须流畅。能同时使用其他语言者优先。
