Do you see yourself as Director of Spa at Regent Bali Canggu?

 

As Director of Spa, you are responsible for monitoring and coordinating activities of Spa team members, delivering Spa services, including retail, foot reflexology, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Also ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving the operating budget. 

 

Your day to day 

  • Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensuring employees do the same within the team. 
  • Demonstrates co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments.
  • Identifies departmental training needs and in conjunction with the Training manager develops respective 
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Maintains the highest level of discretion and privacy during any guest interaction 
  • Monitor the upkeep of displays around the Spa facility and oversee the set-up of an attractive retail display area
  • Ensures the appropriate manning levels exist on a daily basis for all positions such as, spa welcomer, Spa Therapist and Spa Attendant.
  • Evaluate Spa performance on a daily basis and take corrective action when necessary
  • Monitoring overall service standards in relation to operational policies and procedures
  • Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.
  • Monitor cost effective usage of all spa related materials and assets
  • Prepare monthly reports that would include Spa revenue, operational issues and manning 
  • Manages the sale and promotion of departmental products and services
  • Anticipates economic business level fluctuations and prepares action plans
