- 制作各式面包。
- 制作各种特色食品。
- 制作各种面点。
- 向库房申请所需的用品；协助接收物品和盘存的工作。
- 必要时整理布置工作台，包括摆设，工具，设备和用品。
- 保持卫生，清洁，安全和健康标准。检查所有工具，设备和包括烤箱在内的用品的卫生，运行和清洁情况。就有可能发生的严重问题提醒管理层。
- 清洁和拆卸工作台并完成收尾工作，包括将脏的器具送到清洗站，消毒和清洁案板和工作台，为第二天的工作做好准备。
- 及时订购补充物资，避免浪费，节约成本，防止偷盗。
- 通过确保食品的准备工作、盘点、征用单、库存控制好食品开支。
- 同事、主管、团队及部门间互相合作及信任。
