- In the crown meetings director lead bottom, must ensure that all meeting demand work together to meet all the crowne plaza brand "successful" standard procedure.

- Whenever put all customer demand in the first, familiar with hotel conference facilities and services, increase sales by means of optimizing hotel meeting gains.

- With sales colleagues to strengthen communication, formulate sales and marketing plan, including fete customer, familiar with other meeting activity and market benefit plan, etc.
- 加强与销售部其他同事的沟通与联系,制定销售和营销计划,包括宴请客户,熟悉其他会议活动及市场收益计划等。
- Assist crown meetings director for each detailed meeting activity plan content and banquet operation, catering management, reservation, housekeeping department operation, the ministry of finance and external suppliers for close ties.
- 协助皇冠会务总监对各个详细的会议活动计划内容与宴会运作、餐饮管理、订房部、客房部运作、财政部和外部供应商作紧密的联系。
- Works with the client to obtain information feedback, regularly to crown meeting director to report, in order to further find business opportunities.
- 跟进客户以获得信息反馈,定期向皇冠会务副总监作出汇报,以便进一步寻得商机。
- When the hotel is busy, every employee has the responsibility and obligation to accept the assignment from the hotel management voluntarily to support the operation of the hotel.
