This role supports the Greater China consumer insights agenda by managing brand health tracking (BHT) and consumer research projects from brief through delivery. Turn findings into clear, actionable implications; partner with Brand and Marketing teams; and coordinate with the Global Consumer Insights team and external research agencies. Use data and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve the quality, speed and communication of insight work.

Your day to day
• Manage assigned consumer research projects from brief and agency coordination through analysis, reporting and stakeholder follow-up.
• Manage the BHT reporting cycle with the Global Consumer Insights team and research partners, ensuring data quality, timely delivery and clear interpretation.
• Work with Brand and Marketing teams to understand business questions and turn them into focused research briefs and practical research plans.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative findings and translate them into clear stories, implications and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate external research agencies, manage timelines and deliverables, flag risks, and monitor work against approved scope and budget.
• Communicate project updates and findings effectively to Greater China and global stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support desk research, research design, synthesis, analysis and communication, while validating outputs and protecting confidential data.

What we need from you
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, Market Research or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer insights or market research, gained in a client-side organisation or research agency. Hands-on experience managing research projects and working with brand health tracking reports is required. Greater China market experience is preferred; travel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and the end-to-end research process
• Hands-on experience interpreting BHT / brand health tracking reports and translating findings into business implications
• Strong project management, external agency coordination and stakeholder communication skills
• Business fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global teams
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS/Q, Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for research planning, synthesis, analysis and communication, with appropriate validation and attention to data confidentiality
