Introduction

Join a regional legal team where you'll partner closely with commercial, marketing, loyalty, partnerships, and technology stakeholders across Asia Pacific. Your day to day

  • Partner with commercial, marketing, loyalty, partnerships, and technology teams across EPAC, providing practical legal guidance that supports business goals while managing legal and regulatory risk.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, supporting a high-volume contracting environment across multiple markets and stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of regional and global initiatives by providing local market legal guidance, ensuring agreements, campaigns, and partnerships are structured effectively and compliantly.
  • Monitor regulatory developments across the region, identify emerging risks, and work with subject matter experts to provide timely, practical solutions for the business.
  • Drive improvements in legal operations, contracting processes, governance, compliance, and training initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder experience.
     

What we need from you

  • 5 year PQE lawyer with experience in commercial legal work, including contracts, marketing, partnerships, technology, or other business-facing legal matters.
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal solutions.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and managing legal considerations in a complex regional environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence business decisions.
  • Strong judgement, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities while balancing risk and business objectives
