岗位职责
1、建立行政楼层的操作表，直接管理及领导行政楼层；
2、运用管理技巧调动和提高员工工作积极性；
3、同所有的宾客建立良好的公共关系；
4、保证行政楼层在整洁的环境下为宾客提供服务；
5、迎接VIP宾客到店及陪同到房间；
6、与前台紧密联系确保行政楼层各信息和工作的准确性；
7、亲自接受宾客投诉及有效地及时处理。
岗位要求
1、大专学历或同等文化程度，具有前台工作5年以上的经历，前厅工作2 年以上经历；
2、仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际；
3、能用流利的英语从事前厅服务；
4、熟悉前厅管理专业知识、市场销售知识和接待礼节礼仪；熟练运用电脑。
