- 检查结帐说明并监督客人信用情况
- 在当班期间监督收银活动
- 现金处理和银行业务程序
- 处理非法支付情况
员工团队
- 与部门经理一起进行人力规划和管理需求
- 与部门经理以及财务部一起编制和管理部门预算
- 为新员工提供培训，以能独立上岗，并符合洲际集团标准和要求
- 完成上级交代的其它工作任务
宾客体验
- 进行有效的交接班简报工作，以明确酒店活动和运营要求
- 在当班期间监督前台运营情况
- 维护当地活动的信息, 维护客户信息, 统计入住情况
- 监督公共广播系统的使用
- 监督团组预订情况
- 在当班期间监督收银活动
- 询问客人的名字并且在整个交谈过程中称呼客人的名字至少3次
