岗位职责
1.为宾客提供专业,友好,高效,热情的电话叫早服务。
2.负责及时准确地将宾客的留言输入系统中。
3.接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话，予以解答并作好相关记录。
4.确保所有电话的转接是按专业标准,并且有礼貌,热情友好的态度。
5.接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求，并予以妥善解决。
6.熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
7.落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
任职资格
1.大专毕业或同等学历。
2.说话口齿清楚，音质优美，反应敏捷；掌握电话交换机操作技能，懂得电脑终端、自动直播电话计费，打印以及叫醒服务机的操作方法。
3.能用英语进行流利的会话。
4.能适应倒班工作。
5.有客服中心或者预订部工作经验者优先
