- 管理并监督宿舍环境卫生，维护宿舍各类设施设备。如，洗衣机、烘干机、电脑、台球桌以及健身活
动设备。
- 员工办理离店手续时负责清点员工借用酒店物品、床上用品及衣柜钥匙。确认无破损、丢失，归还后
方可在离职单上签字。
- 做好安全防范工作，注意用水用电安全，注意防火防盗。
员工团队
- 严格遵守并认真执行宿舍管理制度。
- 杜绝外来人员进入员工宿舍。提醒住宿员工看管好个人物品，不要将贵重物品带入宿舍，晚班负责查
看消防通道门。
- 关注住宿员工生活起居，了解住宿员工的实际需求，提供必要的帮助。
- 及时上报需维修或补充的物品，反映工作中发现的问题，保持与人力资源部之间的有效沟通。
- 日常巡检中注意发现问题，及时制止员工进行不正当娱乐活动，如赌博、饮酒、抽烟、跳舞等。
- 维护宿舍正常生活秩序，发现违禁物品及时上报保安部。
- 与门卫和睦相处，互相帮助，共同进步。
- 严格执行员工住宿规定，详细进行住宿登记。
- 各管理员之间保持良好的沟通，及时传达酒店的工作安排及相关信息（包括协助酒店在消防演习时疏
散员工，清空宿舍及员工活动室人员）。做好各班次之间的交接，随时记录需跟进的工作。
- 服从上级安排的其他工作。
