● 当面或在电话中问候 IHG One Rewards Club 优悦会会员和再次光临的宾客
● 收取、管理和接收宾客预订的付款
● 提供快捷且顺畅的入住和退房服务
● 提前预测宾客的需求和要求，提供定制化建议
● 成为宾客信任的代表，帮助宾客解决包括账单问题和餐厅建议等在内的各种问题
