1.按照集团标准为客人办理入住、退房和换房程序,并确保所有资料都输入酒店系统。

2.熟知所有特别促销活动,如:季节性套餐计划、常客优惠计划以及洲际酒店集团忠实方案。

3.处理客人的投诉、问询和请求,如果自己无法提供协助,则将问题转给主管或者大堂经理。

4.负责优悦会会员的引入及认知。

5.负责酒店房间的升级销售。

6.在值班时检查夜班报告,准备早班报告,并为第二天的工作做必要的准备。

7.完成管理层交办的其他任务。
