为所有部门提供功能性帮助及指导
按照要求，保持与其他部门的合作及交流
确保到酒店的客人都受到及时关注
对客人需求作出反映，解决相关问题
在高峰时期，协助前厅部工作人员及所有部门工作
为重要客人和优悦会员准备有总经理签名的欢迎卡，确保他们都受到特别关注
协助客户关系主任，迎接客人，安排客人到房间并送重要客人离开
查看账单，关注客人信誉度
我们对您的要求
大专以上学历，有国际联号酒店同岗位工作经验者优先
懂得酒店管理一般理论知识和酒店管理制度和工作规范
熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序，了解接待礼仪、礼节
具有较强的组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力，能处理宾客投诉和突发事件
会撰写本职范围内的应用文，语言清晰
能使用英语口语流利交流
