・ホテルの収益目標を達成できるよう、チームをサポートし、効果的に働くために必要なツールを提供する。

・チームメンバーに対し、業務システムやセキュリティー、サービスや品質について適切なトレーニングを行い、パフォーマンス向上につなげる。

・チームが成功するための職場環境を整備する。

・スタッフ同士の個性を認め合い、共に努力し、より良い職場環境を構築する。

・社内および社外とのコミュニケーションを積極的にとり、各種ステークホルダーとの良好な関係を構築する。

・時間帯スーパーバイザーを務める。

 

 

<必須経験・資格・スキル>

・ホテル業界で1年以上の勤務経験をお持ちの方(職種不問)

・日本語がビジネスレベルで読み書き、会話が出来る方

・日本語検定資格N2以上

・就労ビザをすでにお持ちの方

 

 

<月給>

230,000円~300,000円

 

昇給年1回(4月)昨年実績:2.5%アップ

賞与年2回(7月/12月)昨年実績:計1カ月分

年収4,200,000円/30歳

・Provide a memorable guest experience and the highest level of hospitality.

・Build rapport with guests, respond promptly to requests and complaints, and receive feedback to strive for better guest satisfaction.

・Directs staff in daily operations, planning and assigning work, and ensuring proper staffing.

・Train co-workers and provide them with the tools they need to work effectively to meet the hotel's revenue goals.

・Provide appropriate training to team members on business systems, security, service, and quality to improve performance.

・Promote a work environment that encourages team success.

・Promote a positive work environment by recognizing differences among staff and working together to build a better working environment.

・Communicate and build relationships internally and externally.

・Serve as a time zone supervisor.

 

 

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills

・Minimum of 1 year experience working in the hotel industry (regardless of job type)

 

Required experience, qualifications, and skills for foreign nationals

・This position is restricted to persons who currently live in Japan.

・Working Experience in the hotel industry for at least 1 year (regardless of job type).

・Japanese language skills (reading, writing and speaking) at a business level

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above

・Must have a work visa

 

Monthly salary

230,000 - 300,000 yen

 

Annual salary increment should be conducted in April.

Actual increment was 2.5% as average in 2022 (It depends on the yearly performance review)

Bonus should be provided in July and December.

Actual amount in 2022 was equivalent to 1-month salary as average.
