クラブラウンジマネージャーとして、下記業務の運営・管理、及びスタッフ指導管理をお願いいたします。

業務範囲
- クラブフロアにご宿泊のお客様のチェックイン・チェックアウト業務
- 館内およびホテル周辺、神戸観光地のご案内
- ラウンジで提供される朝食・アフタヌーンティ・ナイトカクテル等の準備、サービス(ブッフェスタイル)
- 食品の管理、発注

待遇その他
- 月額給与：380,000～516,000円 ※ご経験・スキル等により応相談
- ｲﾝｾﾝﾃｨﾌﾞ：支給は会社業績による。支給される場合は年収(月給ｘ12ヶ月)の10％
- 手当：通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(深夜等)
- 保険各種：社会保険(健康保険、厚生年金)、雇用保険、労働災害保険加入
- 福利厚生：IHGグループのホテル宿泊、レストランの従業員割引制度あり、従業員食堂あり、制服・ロッカー貸与、社内外の研修制度あり
- 勤務時間：1ヶ月単位の変形労働制、所定労働時間7.75時間(日平均)
- 休日：110日(年間)、リフレッシュ休暇4日、有給休暇(初年度10日)
