Hiring Salary: 4000 - 7000
1. 负责酒店食品采购、储存、加工、供应全流程的卫生合规管理，定期开展食品安全自查与风险评估，确保符合国家《食品安全法》及地方餐饮服务监管要求；
2. 组织实施员工食品卫生安全培训与考核，建立并维护食品卫生档案及溯源记录，配合市场监管部门完成监督检查与整改闭环；
3. 协助总经理处理日常行政事务，包括会议统筹、文件起草与归档、跨部门协调及重要接待支持；
4. 高效处理内外部沟通事项，保障行政支持工作及时、准确、保密；
5. 参与酒店运营相关基础数据整理与报告编制，协助优化行政与食品安全管理流程。
1. 本科及以上学历，食品科学与工程、公共卫生、酒店管理、行政管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年及以上酒店、餐饮集团或大型企业食品安全管理或高级行政助理岗位工作经验者优先；
3. 熟练掌握办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT），具备较强的公文写作能力、多任务处理能力及跨部门协作意识；
4. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识与职业敏感度，能适应酒店行业弹性工作节奏；
