岗位职责
1、对酒店各种突发状况做出反应,负责处理宾客投诉,以确保宾客被及时的礼貌接待并得到充分的注意和重视;
2、重要宾客的迎领工作,为客人提供个性化服务;
3、对前台工作人员的行为、仪容仪表、服务标准进行监督和指导,提供支持和协助;
4、完成夜审工作,就各项标准和程序进行开发、更新和培新;
5、及时将信息传递,确保尚未完成的事情移交至有关人员,参加必要的会议。
 

岗位要求
1、大专以上文化程度,英语熟练;
2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感;
3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范;
4、相貌端正,身体健康。
