岗位职责：
为宴会准备和整理会议室，包括按照客户的要求摆放家具以及为特殊活动提供主题的布置工作，提供支持服务;
建立和维持有效的对客关系为客人提供快速热情的餐饮服务，根据设定的标准确保餐饮外观的质量；
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度；
负责餐厅内酒水和饭菜服务的高效性，并保持礼貌热情的对客服务态度;
根据饭店的规章制度来完成本职工作；
为客人提供高质服务，确保客人的需求和合理的要求被满足；
不断寻找机会改进对客服务，遵守假日酒店顾客满意标准。
岗位要求：
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
必须具备良好的服务意识，善于学习；
必须具有发展新的服务技能以及建立高标准的对客服务规范要求。
