Hiring Salary: 3500 - 4200
1. 负责每月薪资基础数据的提供。
2. 执行五险一金的增减员操作、缴费基数核定、费用缴纳及账务核对,保障社保公积金业务全流程规范运行。
3. 审核营运部门提成,确保提成发放准确合规。
4. 维护薪酬福利相关台账及档案。
5.维护员工档案及档案室日常管理。
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 熟练掌握Excel(含数据透视表、VLOOKUP、SUMIFS等函数),能独立完成薪酬数据建模与分析;熟悉线上HR系统中薪酬模块操作优先。
3. 精通国家及地方五险一金政策、个人所得税法规,具备实际操作经验及问题应对能力。
4. 工作细致严谨,具备较强的数据敏感度、逻辑分析能力和责任心,能承受月度发薪节点压力。
