Manage Chinese Restaurant outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events. Ensure ompliance with standards of service and operating procedures.

Set up a database and guestinformation such as birthday, company address and preferences are recorded andupdated regularly. On their birthday, anniversary or the significant days, the supervisor herselfwill visit their company to deliver flowers, birthday cake and celebrate thespecial days with them. At least 20 crucial guests willbe visited during a year.
