主な業務内容

  • ·担当ホテルにおける価格設定の更新・見直しを実施し、最適な収益戦略の遂行を支援
  • 各種データおよび実績の分析を通じ、収益向上に向けた示唆の提供
  • レベニュー関連会議の準備・運営補助および議事内容の整理・共有
  • 需要予測および販売構成の設定・調整に関するサポート業務
  • 各種レポート作成や分析業務、プロジェクト対応を通じた業務改善の推進


応募資格

  • ホスピタリティ、ビジネス、データ分析等の分野における学士号を取得された方(新卒・既卒可)
  • 数値分析力に優れ、データに基づいた論理的思考ができる方
  • ステークホルダーに対して明確かつ適切に情報を伝えられるコミュニケーション能力
  • 複数の業務を正確かつ効率的に遂行できる業務遂行力
  • Excel、PowerPoint等の基本的なPCスキルを有する方

 

 

Introduction

Your Day to Day

  • Support daily pricing activities, including reviews, updates and multiple pricing cycles across assigned hotels.
  • Analyse data and performance trends to support forecasting, pricing decisions and revenue strategy.
  • Prepare for and support revenue meetings, ensuring clear insights and follow‑through on actions.
  • Work on forecasts and business mix planning, including setup, submissions and ongoing adjustments.
  • Deliver reports, analysis and project support to help improve revenue performance across the portfolio.


What We Need From You

  • Recent graduate in Hospitality, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and general data tools.
