What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to achieve excellence
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and stock orders
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and smooth execution
- Drive revenue growth through budgeting, forecasting, and upselling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, WH&S)
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to boost F&B promotions and guest satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in hospitality
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for customer service and team development
